The vehicle must not be put back into circulation until the repair has been completed.Therefore, all delivery options are excluded except for on-site pick-up. To proceed, the Buyer must first sign a liability waiver and provide it to AUTO1. Failing this, AUTO1 reserves the right to deny the release of the vehicle. The Buyer, having been informed of the restrictions and obligations resulting from the "stop drive" measures, expressly agrees that AUTO1 European Cars B.V. is released from any liability in the event of an incident, accident, damage, or harm resulting from the transportation or use of the vehicle prior to the repair of the defect.
